Abstract

Gastritis didefinisikan sebagai peradangan pada lapisan pelindung lambung yang dipicu oleh ketidakseimbangan antara faktor agresif, seperti infeksi Helicobacter pylori atau penggunaan NSAID, dengan mekanisme pertahanan mukosa. Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) merupakan obat yang digunakan untuk mengatasi gangguan terkait asam lambung. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penggunaan obat golongan PPI pada pasien gastritis rawat inap di RSIJ Cempaka Putih, serta menilai ketepatan klinisnya. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif retrospektif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pasien periode Januari 2021ΓÇôJuli 2022. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi karakteristik pasien, diagnosis, jenis PPI, serta evaluasi ketepatan indikasi, obat, dosis, dan lama pemberian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pasien berusia 46ΓÇô55 tahun (27%) dengan jenis kelamin perempuan (57%). Gastritis non-spesifik merupakan diagnosis terbanyak (78%). Obat PPI yang paling banyak digunakan adalah omeprazole (47%). Evaluasi menunjukkan ketepatan indikasi (100%), ketepatan obat (100%), ketepatan dosis (99%), namun ketepatan lama pemberian belum optimal (0%). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan penggunaan PPI sudah tepat dari segi indikasi, obat, dan dosis.
