Transformasi digital pada instansi pemerintah mendorong perlunya suatu sistem yang mampu mengelola data secara cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Di Kementerian Hukum Sumatera Selatan, pengelolaan data followers dan engagement media sosial masih dilakukan secara manual yang menyebabkan proses analisis menjadi tidak efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah dashboard interaktif bernama HumasSocmed dengan metode prototipe. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan mengomunikasikan kebutuhan, perencanaan cepat, perancangan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), membangun antarmuka dengan React dan TypeScript, penyimpanan data menggunakan MySQL, dan pemanfaatan YouTube API untuk pengambilan data statistik secara otomatis. Dashboard ini menyajikan visualisasi data pertumbuhan followers, performa konten, serta laporan bulanan yang dapat diunduh dalam format CSV. Selain itu, efektivitas sistem juga dievaluasi menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 20 responden, dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,1, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada pada kategori "excellent" dan layak digunakan. Sistem ini secara keseluruhan mendukung analisis media sosial secara efisien dan real-time, serta membantu tim Humas dalam menyusun strategi konten berbasis data, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan instansi pemerintah.
This paper presents a timely and relevant solution to a prevalent challenge within government agencies: the efficient and accurate management of social media data. The abstract clearly identifies the core problem at the Ministry of Law, South Sumatra, where manual processes for tracking followers and engagement lead to inefficiencies and potential errors. The proposed interactive dashboard, HumasSocmed, directly addresses this issue by aiming to provide a rapid, accurate, and integrated system for social media analytics, aligning well with the broader agenda of digital transformation in public institutions. The development of the HumasSocmed dashboard employed a prototype method, which is appropriate for iterative development based on user needs. The abstract outlines a robust technical implementation, utilizing modern web technologies such as React and TypeScript for the user interface, MySQL for data storage, and integrating with the YouTube API for automated data retrieval. This approach ensures a dynamic and potentially scalable solution. The evaluation of HumasSocmed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 20 respondents yielded an impressive average score of 81.1, categorizing the system as "excellent" and fit for use. This strong usability metric lends significant credibility to the system's practical applicability. The paper effectively conveys that the dashboard supports efficient, real-time social media analysis, enabling data-driven content strategies, and ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of work and decision-making within government institutions. This contribution is valuable for other public sector entities grappling with similar digital communication challenges.
