Introduction

Dampak kerusakan saluran irigasi terhadap motivasi dan pendapatan usahatani bawang merah varietas lembah palu di desa maku kecamatan dolo kabuptaten sigi. Penelitian menganalisis dampak perbaikan saluran irigasi terhadap motivasi & pendapatan petani bawang merah varietas Lembah Palu di Sigi. Biaya berkurang, pendapatan bersih meningkat, meski tidak ada perbedaan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi dan pendapatan petani bawang merah varietas Lembah Palu di Desa Maku, Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi, sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan saluran irigasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga September 2024, penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 20 responden yang ditentukan secara porposve sampling dengan kriteria petani yang menanam bawang merah sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan irigasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, pendapatan, dan komparatif menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya tetap per hektar sebelum perbaikan saluran irigasi sebesar Rp2.664.900/MT/Ha, yang turun menjadi Rp1.165.813/MT/Ha setelah perbaikan. Rata-rata biaya variabel juga berkurang dari Rp117.850.210/MT/Ha menjadi Rp101.893.409/MT/Ha setelah perbaikan. Sementara itu, rata-rata penerimaan per hektar sebelum perbaikan sebesar Rp161.725.806/MT/Ha, yang turun menjadi Rp152.213.636/MT/Ha setelah perbaikan, menghasilkan pendapatan bersih yang meningkat dari Rp41.209.697/MT/Ha menjadi Rp49.154.415/MT/Ha. Analisis komparatif menggunakan uji t menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar -1,062, lebih rendah dari t-tabel 1,729 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, yang mengindikasikan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara pendapatan usahatani sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan saluran irigasi.

Furthermore, despite "motivation" being a key objective, its analysis and findings are notably absent from the abstract's results section. Clarification on the precise meaning of the `/MT/Ha` unit used consistently for financial figures, and a confirmation of the study's timeframe (July-September 2024, which suggests a future study) are also essential to ensure the credibility and comprehensibility of the research.
