Introduction

Analisis implementasi total quality management pada pencapaian mutu penyajian konten cyber religion . Analisis implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam produksi konten edukasi religi digital (Cyber Religion) untuk mencapai mutu penyajian terbaik. Temukan faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya.

Abstract

Digitalisasi teknologi dan informasi merupakan salah satu bentuk perkembangan zaman saat ini. salah satunya adalah pertumbuhan masyarakat di media sosial dalam sektor dakwah digital.Tujuan Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi unsur Total Quality Manajemen (TQM) dalam produksi Konten Edukasi Religi (Cyber religion) yang optimal untuk pencapaian mutu penyajian konten religi dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung, penghambat implementasi unsur Total Quality Manajemen (TQM) dalam produksi Konten Edukasi Religi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan Kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, teknik dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh mengenai implemtasi Total Quality Management pada pencapaian mutu penyajian konten edukasi diolah menggunakan teori TQM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Progresif TV telah melaksanakan unsur-unsur Utama Total Quality Manajemen berupa, pertama meningkatakan kepuasan audience dengan memperkuat sumber daya manusia dan prasarana,kedua, memberikan kelonggaran audience dalam menyampaikan ketidakpuasan melalui direct message, Obsesi pada kualitas konten dengan cara menyajikan konten dakwah yang mudah diterima oleh masyarakat,ketiga, ketercapaian visi misi dengan cara menjaga konsistensi dalam menyajikan konten edukasi religi,keempat, Menjaga komitmen jangka Panjang, dengan ini Progresif TV berkomitmen untuk menjadikan sebuah media yang digemari masyrakat dengan menyajikan konten yang berkualitas. kelima, perbaikan berkesinambungan, yang mana progresif TV menerapkan alur proses produksi sesuai system dan terjadwal menggunakan siklus praproduksi, produksi dan pasca produksi.
