This study aims to analyze the workload conditions and their impact on employee performance at the Pondok Karya Urban Village Office, South Tangerang City. The research methode used mix methode (qualitative and qualitative) approach with purposive sampling, involving key informants consisting of the Head of Village, Secretary of Village, and Section Heads who have an understanding of task distribution. The findings indicate that employee workload is dynamic and intensive, with service volumes reaching up to 20 documents per day, resulting in delays in task completion of up to three working days. The accumulation of tasks is influenced by the limited number of active staff and systemic constraints in the Population Administration Information System (SIAK), particularly related to daily service quota limitations. These conditions affect employees’ work focus, increase the risk of errors, and impact their psychological condition due to work pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize task distribution more proportionally and improve work management within the organization to enhance employee performance and the quality of public services. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi beban kerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Karya, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mix Methode (kuantitatf dan kualitatif) dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan informan yang terdiri dari Lurah, Sekretaris Lurah, dan Kepala Seksi yang memiliki pemahaman terkait pembagian tugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja pegawai bersifat dinamis dan intensif, dengan volume pelayanan mencapai hingga 20 dokumen per hari yang berdampak pada keterlambatan penyelesaian tugas hingga 3 hari kerja. Penumpukan pekerjaan dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan staf aktif serta hambatan sistemik pada Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK), khususnya terkait keterbatasan kuota pelayanan harian. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada penurunan fokus kerja, meningkatnya risiko kesalahan, serta kondisi psikologis pegawai akibat tekanan kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penataan distribusi tugas yang lebih proporsional serta pengelolaan kerja yang lebih optimal guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan publik.
