Abstract - Libraries are generally reading rooms and places for literacy activities, but the Integration-Interconnection Nature Library has a different concept from libraries in general. The purpose of this study is to explain how this nature library can become spaces of agency for community reconstitution in rural areas. This study uses qualitative methods to interpret and present field data. The results show that: first, agency practices are carried out culturally through youth cultural networks. Second, intervention in the community is carried out through three programs: 1) literacy programs, 2) action programs; inspiration classes, play classes, craft classes. 3) Household and community economic empowerment programs. Third, community reconstruction efforts are carried out by reorganizing the community and mobilizing the potential of nature and agriculture-based villages; improving literacy, knowledge, skills, and community empowerment; and presenting a new awareness and definition of an integrated village community. The Integrated-Interconnected Nature Library needs to enhance its existence through new media, sponsorship aspects, institutional structure, institutional status, expanding youth involvement, and increasing service product capacity. This study offers a compelling and timely exploration into the innovative model of the Integration-Interconnection Nature Library, moving beyond conventional understandings of libraries to position them as dynamic spaces for agency and community reconstitution in rural settings. The paper's central objective, to elucidate how such a library can catalyze these processes, is highly relevant, particularly in contexts seeking sustainable rural development and empowerment. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research effectively uncovers nuanced field data, providing a rich interpretive account of the library's multifaceted role in Mergosono Buayan Kebumen. This approach is well-suited to understanding the intricate social and cultural dynamics at play, making a significant contribution to both library science and community development literature. The research effectively details the mechanisms through which the Nature Library fosters community agency and reconstruction. It clearly identifies youth cultural networks as a crucial conduit for agency practices, highlighting the importance of grassroots engagement. Furthermore, the abstract delineates a comprehensive programmatic intervention strategy, encompassing traditional literacy initiatives, action-oriented classes (inspiration, play, craft), and critical household and community economic empowerment programs. These findings underscore the library's holistic approach to development. The efforts towards community reconstitution, characterized by reorganizing society, leveraging local natural and agricultural potential, and fostering new community consciousness, present a powerful model for integrated rural revitalization. The study successfully illustrates how this unique library concept serves as a catalyst for improved literacy, knowledge, skills, and overall community resilience. While the abstract provides a strong overview of the library's impact and methodology, it also outlines key areas for future enhancement of the Integration-Interconnection Nature Library's existence. These recommendations — pertaining to new media utilization, sponsorship, institutional structure and status, youth involvement expansion, and service product capacity — are valuable. For the full paper, a deeper analysis of the *challenges* encountered in these areas, and the *specific strategies* or theoretical frameworks guiding their implementation, could further enrich the discussion. Nevertheless, this abstract promises a robust and insightful paper that not only documents an innovative library model but also provides actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers interested in community-led development and the evolving role of libraries in rural transformation.
