Public speaking skills are very necessary to achieve organizational goals. The main performance indicator in this service program is coaching public speaking skills for the 19 members of PC IMM Blora Regency; this aims to bring up the linguistic skills of the PC IMM members of Blora Regency so that they can attract the interest of the interlocutors when they are organizing. Public relations skills or public relations skills very influential in the organization, especially in PC IMM Blora Regency. This is because the PC IMM Blora Regency activity agenda is busy, one of which is deliberations and hearings, so this is the focus that must be handled in this service program. This specific activity is carried out with a schedule of 8 months and training for 2 months. As a result of this activity, as many as 90% of students, previously only 25% of 19 students, have succeeded in improving their abilities in public speaking and public relations.
