This paper presents "Stuntcare Connect," a website-based system designed to enhance healthcare services at integrated health posts (posyandu), specifically targeting the management of data for pregnant women, toddlers, and children with stunting. Recognizing the growing necessity for information technology in health, this initiative aims to digitalize healthcare services in Desa Bengara, Kecamatan Bulungan. The platform's core objectives are to facilitate efficient data recording, health monitoring, and information dissemination for posyandu cadres. The development process adhered to the Waterfall model, spanning requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, utilizing standard web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. The project addresses a highly pertinent and critical need: the digitalization of public health services in local communities, particularly for vulnerable populations. The reported initial testing at Posyandu Melati suggests that the system operates normally and effectively assists cadres in their daily tasks, indicating a successful functional implementation. This practical application of technology to streamline operations for frontline health workers is commendable. However, the abstract also candidly identifies significant obstacles to its full realization, notably the limited technological literacy among cadres and the lack of consistent internet access. These challenges underscore that the success of such digital interventions hinges not only on robust software design but also on significant investment in human capacity building and infrastructural development. In conclusion, "Stuntcare Connect" represents a promising stride towards modernizing posyandu services and has the potential to markedly improve efficiency in health data management. To maximize its impact and ensure long-term viability, it is imperative to implement the authors' recommendations for comprehensive training programs for cadres and dedicated efforts to enhance internet infrastructure in surrounding areas. Future research should prioritize a more quantitative evaluation of the system's benefits, measuring factors such as time savings, data accuracy improvements, and ultimately, its direct influence on public health outcomes. Addressing the socio-technical challenges identified, alongside exploring scalability strategies for wider adoption across other posyandus, will be crucial for realizing the full potential of this important digital health solution.
