Peranan mahasiswa dalam mewujudkan instansi modern melalui pembenahan administrasi kantor kelurahan tanrutedong . Mahasiswa berperan membenahi administrasi Kantor Kelurahan Tanrutedong yang usang. Tujuannya: modernisasi instansi, permudah akses informasi, dan lengkapi data masyarakat.
Salah satu permasalahan yang ada pada Kantor Kelurahan Tanrutedong yaitu administrasi yang ada pada kantor kelurahan kurang terawat dan belum ada pembaruan seperti, monografi, struktur organisasi, papan informasi, 5 fungsi LKM, denah kelurahan tanrutedong, serta belum rampungnya data masyarakat terkait vaksinasi. Salah satu program kerja yang diterapkan adalah pembenahan administrasi pada kantor kelurahan tanrutedong. Tujuan diadakannya pembenahan administrasi pada kantor kelurahan adalah :1) Untuk membenahi administrasi yang kurang terawat dan belum di perbarui; 2) agar masayarakat dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai kantor kelurahan; 3) untuk meningkatkan kelengkapan administrasi kantor kelurahan
