Pengembangan diversifikasi produk pangan lokal merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan. Namun, upaya tersebut belum sepenuhnya menjadi bagian dari aktivitas petani dalam kegiatan pertaniannya sehingga keragaman jenis produk pangan lokal masih sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat agar mampu mengenali potensi dan peluang pengembangan diversifikasi produk pangan lokal, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tentang diversifikasi, serta meningkatkan peran aktif masyarakat dalam pengembangan diversifikasi produk pangan lokal untuk mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan. Metode kegiatan diawali dengan observasi lapangan untuk mendapatkan data peserta, data jenis komoditas pertanian, dan menentukan waktu kegiatan dengan mitra. Tahap selanjutnya adalah kegiatan focus group discussion (FGD) dan sosialisasi dengan peserta yang telah ditentukan sebelumnnya. Analisis kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Kegiatan telah berhasil mengedukasi masyarakat dalam mengenali potensi dan peluang pengembangan diversifikasi, memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan diversifikasi produk pangan lokal, serta meningkatkan peran aktif dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan diversifikasi produk pangan lokal. Kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan harapan pemerintah desa dan masyarakat untuk membuat program berkelanjutan dengan memberikan pendampingan melaui Pengabdiaan
