Abstract

Pada era perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini hampir setiap orang sudah menggunakan hp touchsreen baik itu android maupun ios yang tersinkron dengan akun email. Salah satu bagian yang dimudahkan dengan adanya teknologi tersebut adalah pada bidang keadministrasian seperti membuat surat, undangan atau dokumen lain serta dalam proses pengarsipan menjadi lebih mudah. Permasalahan yang muncul pada masjid Sultan Agung untuk proses pembuatan dokumen atau undangan masih dilakukan secara manual, serta membutuhkan waktu, tenaga hanya untuk salah satu proses undangan, belum lagi proses lain yang dilakukan oleh takmir masjid. Salah satu alur yang sering dilakukan meliputi penyusunan surat undangan, pencetakan surat undangan, memperbanyak surat undangan kemudian membagikan surat undangan tersebut ke rumah-rumah. Disamping itu para takmir adalah pekerja yang mempunyai tanggung jawab ditempat kerja masing-masing. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah membangun aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk membantu proses di kesekretariatan secara digital administrasi yang dapat membantu proses di kesekretariatan dapat berjalan secara digital administrasi.
