Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip dokumen desa yang masih dilakukan secara manual berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kesulitan pencarian data, risiko kehilangan dokumen, serta rendahnya efisiensi pelayanan administrasi. Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi database di Desa Naga Timbul bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan aparatur desa dalam mengelola arsip dokumen secara digital, terstruktur, dan mudah diakses. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemaparan materi konsep dasar database, perancangan struktur data, praktik pembuatan basis data sederhana, serta simulasi penginputan dan pencarian dokumen.
