Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi micro learning parenting pada ibu pekerja di TK 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Samarinda. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap ibu pekerja, guru, dan kepala sekolah yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu pekerja memanfaatkan micro moment dalam aktivitas sehari-hari melalui bermain, bercerita, membaca, dan tanya jawab sebagai bentuk stimulasi kognitif. Pendekatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan memahami instruksi, mengenal huruf dan angka, berpikir logis sederhana, serta komunikasi anak. Meskipun terkendala waktu dan kelelahan, dukungan keluarga dan sekolah memperkuat implementasi micro learning parenting sebagai strategi pengasuhan yang adaptif bagi keluarga modern.
