Abstract

O Maas Office Center foi projetado em estreita coesão com o bloco 12a (acomodações de hotel). Está situado ao lado leste do Nieuwe Ruiterij (Nova Cavalaria), na praça rebaixada ao lado sul. No lado oposto, o Maas Office Center se limitará com edificios de apartamentos (bloco 12c). Entre os dois blocos, perpendicular à direção da Avenida, uma ponte para pedestres e bicicletas irá chegar até o "galpão da cidade".
