Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan QRIS di kalangan pelaku UMKM, namun belum seluruhnya merasakan perubahan omzet secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan penggunaan QRIS serta hubungannya dengan perubahan omzet pada pelaku UMKM di Kawasan Bekas Terminal Lama Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang mencakup persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, serta sikap dan minat terhadap penggunaan QRIS. Dari total 103 UMKM, sebanyak 64 responden dipilih sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan QRIS berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata persepsi sebesar 4,62. Persepsi kemudahan dan kegunaan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,65, sedangkan sikap dan minat pengguna memperoleh 4,56. Dari sisi kinerja usaha, tercatat 68,75% responden mengalami peningkatan omzet sebesar 10–30%, 25% mengalami kenaikan di bawah 10%, dan tidak ditemukan responden yang mengalami penurunan omzet. Tingkat adopsi QRIS mencapai 77,67%, dengan frekuensi penggunaan harian sebesar 93,75%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa QRIS memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan omzet UMKM melalui kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat yang dirasakan. Penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan sosialisasi dan penguatan kualitas layanan agar pemanfaatan QRIS dapat berlangsung lebih optimal.

The findings are notably strong and positive, indicating a very high level of QRIS acceptance among the surveyed MSMEs, with impressive average scores across all TAM constructs. Crucially, the research demonstrates a significant positive correlation with business performance, as a substantial majority (68.75%) of respondents reported a 10-30% increase in turnover, and no respondents experienced a decrease. The high adoption rate of 77.67% and frequent daily usage further underscore the perceived value and integration of QRIS into the daily operations of these MSMEs, providing compelling evidence of its positive impact. While the study offers valuable insights, some considerations could enhance its broader applicability and depth. The descriptive quantitative nature, combined with a relatively specific geographical focus (Former Sukabumi Terminal Area) and a sample size of 64 respondents, may limit the generalizability of these findings to a wider MSME population across different regions or sectors. Future research could benefit from a more extended longitudinal study to assess sustained impact, employ inferential statistical methods to control for other variables influencing turnover, or incorporate qualitative interviews to capture more nuanced experiences and challenges faced by MSMEs. Nevertheless, the study's recommendations for increased socialization and enhanced service quality are well-founded and practical steps to further optimize QRIS utilization, building upon the strong positive reception identified.
